Your House Doctor experience starts by a free inspection or “check up” of your home to review and assess any issues you may have. This is followed by a meeting to discuss any other work and/or installations you would like done later in the year. Once booked in, your mind will be at ease.
AXCM offers bundles and custom packages entirely based on your needs. These are paid monthly or yearly with bonus discounts and offers. Details of the inclusions and exclusions of the service will be specified clearly in your contract.
Cosmetic Bundle
Service Includes:
Painting.
Grout and Silicone.
Powerwash.
Mould Treatment.
Minor Carpentry.
Minor Plumbing.
Minor Electrics.
Gardening (Does not include landscaping).
Shelves and Brackets.
Minor cosmetic repairs.
Added Bonus:
£250 back for each referral.
All materials are paid for by the client and all works must be booked in advance.
The starting guide price for the Cosmetics Bundle is £500 for the year and can be paid upfront or monthly.
Surgeon Bundle
The Surgeon bundle is our advanced package that covers most trades and repairs. Most people invest in this bundle as it removes the trouble of having separate builders for different issues and the added bonuses that come with the package.
Services Include:
Installation of Basins, Baths, Shower screens, Taps and Toilets (Not a bathroom refurb).
Partition Walls.
Plumbing.
Carpentry.
Flooring.
Guttering.
Painting.
Grout and Silicone.
Pointing for garden walls (Does not include brickwork on House).
Powerwash.
Mould Treatment.
Fencing.
Shed repairs.
